Jim Duffy Memorial Scholarship
The Jim Duffy Memorial Fund provides funds for students in Ongoing Trades or CTE programs.
James Leo Duffy (1929-2011) was a graduate of Knox College in Galesburg, IL, served in the U.S. Army and spent his professional life in the railroad business. Jim was long-time resident of Dubois who was interested in the advancement of vocational/career education. He awarded scholarships to students who studied for careers in that area. Following his death, his daughter chose St. Thomas' Church’s Adeline Ross Scholarship committee to administer the remaining Jim Duffy Scholarship funds, and his legacy continues today.
